Fees for training services vary based on the master-plan that we devise.  Before we begin training, I will ask you a few questions.  These questions are designed to help us brainstorm and gather information on the best route to take to accomplish your goals!  Read the questions and give honest, thorough answers before you submit your thoughts to me.

PERSONAL TRAINING
What is a Personal Trainer or "Fitness Professional," and what separates him/her from any other Personal Trainer out there? Hands down, a true fitness professional has more to offer than just a workout and some basic advice. They have specialized knowledge that allows them to assess each individual's current situation and devise a rational plan of action based on this person's needs, abilities, limitations, goals, and preferences.  The big characteristic that separates the beginners from the truly passionate professional is being able to take those pieces and implement a plan with precision and care that actually works for you!

PILATES AND REFORMER TRAINING
If you appreciate improved strength, balance, flexibility, and cores muscles that are developed like you have never seen, then Pilates is an exercise program for you! Pilates is very different from your traditional weight workouts in a gym.  It is a type of exercise designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. It involves every muscle and focuses on functionality, core, and postural muscles (abs, back, and even glutes) that help keep the body balanced.  In particular, Pilate's exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain.

EAT CLEAN
We work hard/long hours, we do NOT sleep enough, and the majority of the population does NOT eat to FUEL the body for energy and efficient fat burning. Let's clean out that pantry and grocery shop for quality foods for your body to burn that stubborn fat! Eating clean, fun, and good tasting food is realistic and it can be done, but you need the tools on how to do it!  Once I show you how to grocery shop, how to prepare foods and have them ready to eat in the car/office or on the run, you will drop the fat!  Get snack and meal preparation guidance, grocery lists, and daily or weekly meal ideas!
