Fees for training services vary based on the master-plan that we devise. Before we begin training, I will ask a few questions of you. These questions are designed to help us brainstorm and gather information on the best route to take to accomplish your goals! Let’s personally design an abdominal or core strengthening routine that compliments your current workout and goals. We will personalize it based on your limitations and needs.
Keep in mind that you need more than abdominal training for balance and core strength. Your routine must be complete and all-inclusive to receive the entire package (AKA six-pack). The core involves not just strengthening of all the abdominal muscles, but also a strong and flexible back. Stabilizing and activating the muscles of the core are key to changing ones body composition, preventing injury, isolating muscles that have been “turned off” due to an injury and activating them once more. The benefits of core conditioning are endless!

Whatever your sport, you can enhance your current level of play with proper coaching and specialized sport specific conditioning. All athletes benefit from additional sport specific coaching. Whether it is balance, power, core strength, speed, or shoulder flexibility, every athlete has specific weak links that need to be addressed to become a better athlete.
When athletes ignore their imbalances and weak links, their body will compensate by guarding and moving dysfunctional. This can lead to secondary injuries, which typically manifest into significant problems, decreased performance, and time off from the sport.

Please understand that fitness means more than just sweat and grueling exercises. True fitness is based on the individual and his/hers strengths, weaknesses, health, and lifestyle goals. You can start an exercise program regardless of where you are in life…The post-rehab patient has safe instruction on increasing their strength after an injury. The expectant mother can prepare for a healthy and safe labor as well as recover quickly post-partum. A teenager can learn to enjoy physical fitness and learn, feel, and see the benefits of healthy habits and how they change his/her life forever. The elderly gain strength to put away their walker and use a cane instead and gain independence.
